Episode 64, release date Monday 22nd May, 2017
Mike Bodnar is a former continuity announcer, regional newsreader and TV & radio presenter.
Mike's latest book – Against the Current – is the story of how he and his wife left New Zealand for the UK, choosing along the way to take a year-long detour through France, living and travelling on a boat.
He has just recorded it in audio format, but he did all of the voice work himself.
That seemed like a great opportunity to catch up with Mike and find out about the good, the bad and the ugly of recording your own audiobooks.
